At Radiant Glow Hub, your happiness is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to make the process simple and stress-free.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare items (creams, serums, masks, etc.) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items are non-returnable, unless faulty.

🔄 Refund & Exchange Options

  • Refund: Issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Exchange: Replace your item with another product of equal or greater value.

  • Store Credit: Available if you prefer to shop with us later.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days after your return is approved. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • A small restocking fee (up to 10%) may apply for non-defective returns.

⚡ How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team via the Contact Us page with your order number.

  2. Share details and, if applicable, photos of the product issue.

  3. We’ll provide you with return instructions and (if approved) a shipping label.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed.

📦 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Used or opened skincare products (unless defective).

  • Products returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Gift cards, free gifts, or promotional items.
